What does a Spectator badge allow?
A total of 1,500 Spectator badges will be available for purchase for each day of the National Tour Event; Wednesday (4/28), Thursday (4/29), Friday (4/30), and Saturday (5/1). The badges will cost $20.00. Spectators can purchase the badges during the next two weeks between 2PM today (4/9) and 8PM on Friday (4/23) here. After the 23rd, badges (if still available) can be purchased on-site the day of at the venue, at the Dynamic Discs Retail Store (912 Commercial Street), or at the old Distribution Center (3601 W. 6th Ave) during player check-in and player pack pick-up on Tuesday (4/27 only). Once 1,500 badges are purchased, they will be sold out. The badges are transferable. If someone buys a badge and cannot use it, they can give it to someone else.
A limited run (300) of spectator discs will be available at the course each day during the NT for spectators to purchase.
All proceeds from Spectator Badge sales (minus a few administrative costs) will go directly into the NT Payout for the top MPO and FPO finishers.
Bearers of a spectator badge must follow these rules:
- Spectators must wear a mask the entire time they are spectating. The only exception to this rule is if a spectator is eating or drinking.
- Spectators must maintain appropriate social distancing from any other spectators on the course (6 feet).
- Spectators must remain at least 50 feet away from all competitors, caddies, and media members.
- Spectators must remain at least 100 feet from all tee boxes and baskets.
- Spectators must behave professionally, not disrupting the regular play of disc golf.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules will lead to immediate dismissal from the course and the forfeiture of a spectator’s badge.
The Orange Spectator badge will provide access to the Jones Gold Course on Wednesday, April 28th.
The Orange Spectator badge allows the bearer access to the Jones Gold Shuttle that will run on Wednesday, April 28, between the Southeast corner of the Flint Hills Mall Parking Lot (1632 Industrial Road) and Hole 1 of the Jones Gold course. Jones Gold will be completely closed off. All of the roads entering and exiting the park will be barricaded. Spectators will only be able to access the course using the shuttle. The shuttle will leave the mall parking lot at the top of the hour, 15 minutes after the hour, 30 minutes after the hour, and 45 minutes after each hour. The shuttle will leave Hole 1 at the Jones Gold course at 7 minutes after the hour, 22 minutes after the hour, 37 minutes after the hour, and 52 minutes after the hour.

The Black Spectator badge will provide access to the Jones Gold Course on Thursday, April 29th.

The Purple Spectator badge will provide access to the Emporia Country Club Course on Friday, April 30th.
The Purple Spectator badge does not allow any special parking privileges. Parking for spectators is available in the lower parking lots at Emporia State University (east of the country club on 18th past Merchant Street). It is a short walk from the lower lots at ESU to the country club.
The White Spectator badge will provide access to the Emporia Country Club Course on Saturday, May 1st.
The White Spectator badge does not allow any special parking privileges. Parking for spectators is available in the lower parking lots at Emporia State University (east of the country club on 18th past Merchant Street). It is a short walk from the lower lots at ESU to the country club.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Failure to comply with spectating rules will result in immediate removal from the course and forfeiture of the bearer’s badge.
No badge is required to spectate during the A-Tier event or any ancillary disc golf events. The same spectating rules defined above do apply for spectating at these courses as well.
It is everyone’s responsibility to have the appropriate badge necessary on their person. Do not lose or forget your badge. If a badge needs to be replaced, there is a $100 fee for the replacement badge. The $100 replacement fee applies to everyone involved in the event, from the players on the lead card in MPO and FPO to paid spectators.
